Your wardrobe-organizing note contains many photos, yet a friend cannot tell what to do first. The problem may be missing connections between actions rather than visual polish.

Define the reader's task

State who the note helps, what it solves and what conditions it assumes. Seasonal wardrobe sorting is different from reorganizing an entire home. Search a few relevant references and retrieve appropriate details to identify questions, not to impose another creator's layout.

Match promises to the body

Check whether promised dimensions, supplies and steps appear. A title claiming no new containers should not depend on unexplained purchases. Resolve factual gaps before adding stronger adjectives. The detail endpoints retrieve material; they do not supply a formal readability diagnosis.

Make edits executable

Your table can contain passage, reader question, missing material, proposed edit and check. Replace vague instructions with a clear starting area, selection rule and stopping point. Measure missing dimensions yourself rather than asking AI to estimate from photographs. Do not turn someone else's experience into your own.

Ask a reader to explain the sequence

Have a suitable reader identify the first step, requirements and limitations. That checks clarity, not future engagement. AI can shorten repetition, but final review remains manual. Deliver a passage-linked edit list and revised draft, preserving accurate material and changing the parts that obstruct understanding.
