Terms of service

These terms describe the scope and conditions of TRMesh Tools (tools.trmesh.com), provided under the TRMesh name. Contact support@trmesh.com. Read these terms and the privacy policy before using the tool; stop using it if you do not accept the applicable conditions.

1. Service scope

The site provides selected public social-profile searches and educational guides. It is not an official product of the listed platforms and does not imply their endorsement, authorization or recommendation. Searches access information the interface permits, not private messages, account control or a way around private-account settings.

2. Free use and restrictions

Daily allowances, short-term rate limits and site capacity apply. Shared networks may share an allowance. An accepted search may use an attempt even if no result is found or a later error occurs; cached searches are also subject to limits.

Do not evade limits through automation, identity or network rotation, replayed verification or other abuse. Do not disrupt the service, seek secrets, impersonate others, harass, discriminate or use results unlawfully. Access may be restricted or suspended to address abuse or security risks.

3. More platforms and TRMesh accounts

The eight main platform tabs support searches here. Other entries under More show a prompt before redirecting to TRMesh registration. The same type of prompt may appear when your daily free allowance is exhausted; you can cancel it. Redirection does not create an account, buy a service or charge you automatically.

Accounts, developer APIs, prices, paid allowances and payments are governed by the main service’s corresponding terms. Running tutorial code with your own API key may consume your TRMesh allowance. Check endpoint prices and request scope before running it.

You may choose personal allowance mode, supply your own API key and confirm allowance or balance use before each search. A profile search makes up to 3 API calls, billed according to TRMesh endpoint rules. Partial failures or browser timeouts do not guarantee that completed calls are free or refunded. The tool never switches automatically from free to personal allowance mode and does not top up or charge you separately. Verification and rate limits still apply.

4. Data quality and use

Results depend on public sources, platform rules and API availability and may be missing, delayed, outdated or incorrect. Caching can create short update delays. A dash means a field was not provided, not that its value is zero. Similar account names, follower counts or a comment sample do not establish identity, expertise, truth or overall opinion.

Check original sources before quoting information, arranging a collaboration or making other important decisions. Completeness, real-time accuracy, continuous availability and particular outcomes are not guaranteed.

5. Content rights

Rights in profiles, posts, images, trademarks and third-party material remain with their respective owners. Access is not permission to copy, download, redistribute, commercially use or train models on that material. Independently confirm any permissions you need and comply with applicable rules.

Guides, examples and illustrations are learning materials, not promises of traffic, revenue, rankings or business results. Material labeled as demonstration or generated content does not represent real user achievements. Validate code in an appropriate environment and never expose keys in public pages or repositories.

6. External services and availability

Changes, maintenance or failures involving platforms, Cloudflare or TRMesh APIs may affect the tool. Support, free capacity or features may change or be suspended; material changes will be explained on relevant pages. External websites and services after registration have their own conditions.

7. Responsibility and disputes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the tool is provided as available without a commitment to compensate for third-party data errors, network interruptions or losses caused by unverified use of results. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limit non-waivable rights.

Contact support with the facts and requested resolution so we can seek to resolve a problem. Mandatory applicable laws and available legal remedies are unaffected.

8. Complaints, updates and contact

For privacy or other rights complaints, email support@trmesh.com with the affected page, original source, explanation and reasonable evidence of rights or authority. We will review the issue and address matters within our control. Do not send passwords or API keys.

Updates will be reflected in the page date. Material changes to rights or service conditions will be notified as required; a policy update does not replace separate consent where it is necessary.
