Privacy policy
Updated: 2026-10-31
This policy covers the public profile search and guides provided by TRMesh through TRMesh Tools (tools.trmesh.com). Contact support@trmesh.com about privacy. Registration, purchases and developer API use on the TRMesh main site are also subject to that service’s policies.
Link ID extraction, engagement calculations, subtitle cleaning and JSON-to-CSV conversion run in your browser. The application does not upload these inputs or save them as search history. Copying and downloading happen at your request. Exporting search results uses data already retrieved and does not make another platform request.
1. Information and purposes
- Searches and results: the platform and public username or profile identifier you enter are sent to our server and then to TRMesh to retrieve public data. Results may include names, biographies, avatars, account identifiers, public statistics and recent posts.
- Security and usage: requests include IP addresses and browser or network information. The IP is used for verification and a daily keyed hash. Quota records contain that identifier, timestamps and reserved request costs to prevent abuse and manage capacity. Hashing does not make all information anonymous.
- Errors and support: request IDs, error categories and operational logs may be processed. Contacting support provides us with your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send, so we can investigate and respond.
The free tool does not require an account, payment details or your API key. Do not submit passwords, login cookies, private messages, identity documents or other non-public information.
When you choose personal allowance mode, your API key passes through this site to the fixed TRMesh API service for authentication and billing. The application does not store keys in its database, persistent browser storage or application logs. Leaving the page or clicking Clear key clears the input. Personal allowance results are excluded from the shared cache. Rate-limit records do not contain keys.
API-key tasks also send the post or profile URL, keywords, hashtags and pagination parameters you select to TRMesh. These tasks can retrieve post details, comments, account posts, search results and hashtag posts. Local filtering and exports do not make additional API calls.
2. Where information goes
Search inputs are shared with TRMesh data services and the providers needed to complete the request. The production service uses Cloudflare for hosting, server execution, caching and verification. Clicking More or a quota prompt does not add your search input to the registration link or submit it to a registration form.
Avatars and covers may load directly from platform image services, which receive those network requests. External links lead to services with their own policies. Necessary information may also be disclosed to meet applicable legal obligations, respond to rights complaints or protect service security.
3. Cloudflare verification and browser storage
Cloudflare Turnstile checks for legitimate traffic and may process IP addresses, browser information and device or network signals. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
The current application does not use advertising cookies, save search history in localStorage or create its own cross-site tracking identifier. Hosting, security and external image providers may still process network information. Browser controls can restrict cookies, scripts or external images; blocking necessary verification scripts can prevent searches. Policies and guides can be read without submitting a search.
4. Retention and caching
Public results have a server cache lifetime of up to five minutes; private-account results are not cached. The tool’s quota table does not store raw IP addresses, search terms or result bodies. Records older than 48 hours are selected for cleanup when a later eligible request triggers it; deletion is not guaranteed at the exact 48-hour point.
TRMesh request logs, Cloudflare operational logs and support messages are separate from that cache and quota table. They may be retained longer for troubleshooting, security, support and applicable obligations, depending on service policies and deployment settings. The tool does not maintain a long-term search-history library for visitors.
5. Advertising and analytics
This version does not include Google AdSense or third-party marketing analytics scripts. Before introducing either, we will update this policy with the parties involved, information processed, cookie purposes and available choices, and provide consent or refusal controls where required. Planned advertising is not described as current processing.
6. Corrections, deletion and other requests
To ask about your information or request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, email support@trmesh.com with the relevant platform URL, issue and requested action. Rights may have conditions or exceptions under applicable rules. We may request proportionate proof of identity or authority; do not send sensitive documents unsolicited.
We can address data or display issues under our control but cannot edit or delete the original platform’s content. Contact that platform as well. We will explain the scope we can address; if a daily hash cannot be reliably linked to you, we will not guess and disclose someone else’s data. You may also contact the relevant privacy authority.
7. Security, international processing and minors
Measures include HTTPS, server-held keys, origin checks, verification and limits. No transmission or storage is completely risk-free. TRMesh, Cloudflare or data providers may process requests in different countries; this policy does not promise processing only within your location.
The tool is not designed specifically for children. Minors should use it in accordance with local requirements and with guardian permission where needed. Contact support if a child’s non-public information has been submitted or displayed, rather than distributing it further.
8. Changes and contact
The page displays its update date. Material changes to purposes, providers or advertising will be reflected here, with additional notice or consent where required. Contact support@trmesh.com about this policy or data concerns.
