Read what the original post is asking
Threads about the same tool may concern onboarding, collaboration, or pricing. Identify the target with post_id and establish the original question before interpreting comments. A complaint detached from that context can become misleading. Difficulty in one particular situation does not automatically describe a defect affecting every user.
Keep the sorting context visible
sort_type controls ordering, after supports further pagination, and language with need_format shapes the reading workflow. State the ordering used rather than combining differently ordered samples as if they were identical. Preserve sources for useful comments and inspect surrounding replies where necessary. A sarcastic fragment should not become a straightforward feature assessment in your notes.
Produce investigation cards instead of satisfaction scores
If a hypothetical commenter reports trouble editing offline, record the conditions, original question, attempted steps, and claims still requiring verification. Reading the report does not prove that the issue is reproducible. A few comments also cannot establish customer satisfaction percentages. Keep proposed solutions separate from verified facts and avoid presenting an unchecked suggestion as the official procedure. The deliverable should tell a product colleague what to investigate next, rather than issue a verdict on the entire product from one thread.
