Replies to a talk announcement ask about parking and bringing a friend, while others discuss a previous event. Before expanding the notice, identify what this particular event has failed to explain.

Establish the announcement's scope

Retrieve the post with id and use the documented long-text handling when necessary. Check the date, venue and existing registration conditions. A previous event's experience is not automatically a promise about this one.

Read comments with their replies

Preserve actual count and max_id settings. Follow the subcomment endpoint's own parameter definitions rather than assuming id means the same object everywhere. Keep parent-child relationships and distinguish organizer answers, guesses and follow-up questions.

Focus edits on practical obstacles

Group the actual questions by registration, arrival, arrangements or content. Your table can contain source, question, existing answer, proposed location in the notice and person who must confirm it. Unverified parking conditions should remain pending, not become an AI-generated promise based on other events.

Check that an edit does not create a new commitment

Compare every proposed addition with the real arrangements, especially guest numbers, seating and timing. Extract actionable questions from emotional comments without assuming each needs a public response. The endpoint does not contact the venue or publish changes. Deliver sourced edits and unresolved items for review, keeping unsupported answers out of the announcement.
