You hear that a tool now works offline, but searches return mostly retellings. The brand name is broad, and offline may refer to several different capabilities. Break the claim into searchable parts before deciding what it means.

Identify the version and capability

Prepare the product name, version and precise feature wording. Search the clearest combination with keyword and a documented search_type. Save the conditions and date. A cached view is not automatically a complete offline workflow; retrieval should not redefine the product.

Follow retellings toward identifiable sources

Separate first-person announcements, quotations and user experiences. Retrieve promising posts with tweet_id and inspect available content. A reference to an unlinked announcement remains a lead. Use actual cursors and retain coverage when paging.

Compare the wording with the claim

A verification table can contain query, source, original wording, applicable version and unresolved limits. If a statement mentions caching, leave offline editing unresolved unless supported. Do not construct a definitive release date or version by filling gaps from unrelated posts.

Quote only what the source establishes

Provide a bounded statement with its observation time. If the original remains missing, report the search coverage and evidence gap rather than using repetition as credibility. AI may shorten verified wording but cannot certify the capability. This workflow supplies traceable sources; product testing and any later clarification publication remain separate.

Run the Python example

Install requests and set TRMESH_API_TOKEN in your environment. Replace the sample identifiers with the public object you intend to inspect. Example IDs may no longer be available.

import os
import requests

# Read your own developer key from the server environment.
url = "https://api.trmesh.com/openapi/api/v1/twitter/web/fetch_search_timeline"
params = {
    "keyword": "Elon Musk",
    "search_type": "Top"
}
response = requests.get(
    url, params=params, timeout=30,
    headers={"Authorization": f"Bearer {os.environ['TRMESH_API_TOKEN']}"},
)
response.raise_for_status()
