Match the sharing text to the intended video

Supply share_text as documented and verify the original work. Keep the source link and lookup time. A username or title is not interchangeable with this input, and copied material should not accidentally refer to another post.

Label the text you actually obtain

Inspect the response and distinguish titles, descriptions, available captions and your own transcription. A brief description is not a full script. The contract describes video data without promising verbatim captions, so mark absent text unavailable rather than guessing a nested field.

Treat complete transcription as another task

If the text is insufficient, listen manually or use a separately available transcription tool. Identify that later processing explicitly and leave uncertain names, numbers or steps pending review. AI cannot reconstruct a genuine spoken passage from a title alone.

Keep original and edited versions distinct

A register can contain source, text type, lookup time, verification state and intended use. Preserve the original alongside any polished version. This workflow does not automatically download video or guarantee complete captions. The deliverable is text with clear provenance and gaps, so later script work does not confuse a rewrite with what was actually said.
