Your shredded potatoes sometimes stick and sometimes turn soft. Kuaishou videos disagree about blanching and seasoning order. Combining every tip may make the dish less predictable, so begin with the problem you actually experience.
Search around the failed result
Choose sticking, texture or excessive acidity as separate questions. Search with keyword and preserve actual pcursor coverage and lookup time. Different cuts, cookware and cuisines can explain different methods even when the dish name matches.
Inspect the conditions in the original
Use the sharing-text detail lookup when useful, then watch the procedure. Note soaking, cooking order, heat descriptions and seasoning timing only when supported. Do not convert an unmeasured pinch into invented grams. The detail endpoint does not automatically recognize every cooking action.
Keep competing methods distinct
A card can include source, problem, conditions, key action and what needs a trial. If AI helps, require it to preserve conflicting approaches instead of blending them into a fictitious complete recipe. Whether blanching is useful remains a choice to test. An author's demonstration is not your own experiment.
Change one action per attempt
Choose a method close to your cookware and portion, try it and record the actual result. Add your own amounts, sequence and texture notes, leaving untested items unresolved. The workflow supplies traceable references rather than a validated automatic recipe. Finish with a short practice plan you can use for the next attempt.
