A general Weibo post list includes many reposts, making it difficult to study an author's own expression. The original-post capability excludes reposted entries, but careful attribution remains necessary.

Complete the prerequisite for the first page

The contract requires the first continuation identifier to come from the user-posts endpoint. Do not skip that step or assume an invented value works. Confirm the same account across both requests and preserve the relationship. Pages begin at one; keep continuation state attached to the correct user.

Read attribution within original entries

An original post can still quote someone else, reproduce text in an image, or summarize an outside argument. Excluding reposts does not make every sentence the author's independent conclusion. Separate their interpretation from cited material and inspect details when the distinction matters.

Describe interests through a bounded body of work

Within a confirmed period, compare several posts rather than letting one define a long-term position. Uncollected material is not an empty publishing history. Interaction counts do not explain why views changed. State which originals you read, which observations have sources, and what evidence remains missing. The point of separating reposts is more accurate reading, not an apparently pure dataset that ignores quotation context.

Request URL and parameters

GET https://api.trmesh.com/openapi/api/v1/weibo/web_v2/fetch_user_original_posts

Parameter Type Required Meaning
uid string Yes User id
page integer No Page number
since_id string No Pagination identifier for getting next page data

Run the Python example

Install requests and set TRMESH_API_TOKEN in your environment. Replace the sample identifiers with the public object you intend to inspect. Example IDs may no longer be available.

import os
import requests

# Read your own developer key from the server environment.
url = "https://api.trmesh.com/openapi/api/v1/weibo/web_v2/fetch_user_original_posts"
params = {
    "uid": "7277477906",
    "page": "1"
}
response = requests.get(
    url, params=params, timeout=30,
    headers={"Authorization": f"Bearer {os.environ['TRMESH_API_TOKEN']}"},
)
response.raise_for_status()
payload = response.json()
print(payload) # Inspect the actual response before mapping fields
