Ask what the account keeps explaining

A product account’s everyday replies can reveal useful ideas for support articles. Choose its screen_name and inspect the user tweet replies. This view concerns conversations the account participates in; it is not a substitute for collecting every response to one announcement. Begin with a concrete question, such as which usage condition repeatedly requires explanation, so unrelated conversation does not dominate the review.

Read a short answer inside its conversation

Continue with cursor when reviewing further results. Open promising replies together with their surrounding discussion. A standalone “yes” might refer to availability, scheduling, or a specific feature. Keep the source wording separate from your interpretation, and mark anything with missing context for follow-up instead of turning it into published guidance.

Produce questions an editor can verify

In a hypothetical review of export discussions, a useful candidate might be “What should I prepare before exporting?” Attach the relevant conversation links and identify details that need confirmation from the product team. Any frequency you report belongs only to the replies you actually inspected, not the entire customer population. Participation in a conversation is also not automatically a formal product commitment. The finished backlog should contain verifiable questions rather than personality assessments based on writing style.

)
response.raise_for_status()
payload = response.json()
print(payload) # Inspect the actual response before mapping fields
