You plan to interview an X author about energy and want to understand their recent interests. A pinned post or a widely shared quotation may miss the larger conversation. Account posts provide a reading trail, not an automatic statement of the author's position.

Fix the account identity first

Choose a screen name or an account ID deliberately; supplying the ID makes the screen name irrelevant. Confirm the target and retain the returned cursor for further pages. Do not invent page numbers. Record where collection stopped so a limited reading sample is not presented as a complete posting history.

Add context before assigning a theme

Classify the material you actually read into subjects such as prices, technology, or policy. Those labels are your interpretation. Quotations, irony, and paraphrases may require surrounding context. Keep ambiguous passages in a question list instead of forcing them into support or opposition categories.

Prepare a conversation from the evidence

Select a few relevant posts, preserve their sources, and explain what you would ask about each. Use consistent sampling when comparing periods; collecting extra pages does not demonstrate increased activity. A subject absent from this batch may still appear elsewhere. Deliver recent discussion leads and questions, while reserving claims about long-term views for a broader body of evidence.

Run the Python example

Install requests and set TRMESH_API_TOKEN in your environment. Replace the sample identifiers with the public object you intend to inspect. Example IDs may no longer be available.

import os
import requests

# Read your own developer key from the server environment.
url = "https://api.trmesh.com/openapi/api/v1/twitter/web/fetch_user_post_tweet"
params = {
    "screen_name": "elonmusk",

}
response = requests.get(
    url, params=params, timeout=30,
    headers={"Authorization": f"Bearer {os.environ['TRMESH_API_TOKEN']}"},
)
response.raise_for_status()
payload = response.json()
