A popular suggestion may not be the final answer

Replies to a software tip can add version restrictions or explain that the method no longer works. This operation uses post_id and a comment cursor; arbitrary comment text cannot locate the intended branch. Preserve the original suggestion and its parent discussion before reading further so corrections from different threads do not become mixed together.

Keep each qualification attached to its target

Set sort_type, language, and need_format for your reading task. The response contains child comments, their details, and pagination information, but interpreting disagreement still requires care. If a hypothetical reply says a newer version fails, establish which step and environment it concerns. That does not necessarily invalidate the entire procedure. Like counts can highlight material to inspect but do not verify technical conditions.

Write a conditional conclusion

Your review card can record the original advice, later qualification, version conditions, and steps still needing a test, with sources for each. Without reproducing the procedure, mark it unverified rather than inventing a successful test. State when only part of the branch was available; no observed objection is not unanimous approval. The useful outcome explains where advice might apply and what remains to check, instead of reducing a nuanced exchange to an unconditional right-or-wrong label.
