You need colleagues to review several Kuaishou works, but the handoff sheet contains only identifiers. A generated share link can make each entry easier to open. It is an access reference, not a content assessment or analytics service.

Confirm the work behind the identifier

Match each work ID to its existing material record before generating a link. Do not substitute a user or comment ID. Keep the original identifier and review note so the resulting address has an understandable purpose.

Store the short link as a separate field

Add the returned link beside the original record rather than replacing the identity column. Spot-check destinations, especially when similar titles could cause rows to be mismatched. Successful generation does not guarantee access in every recipient's environment. Preserve the observed problem if a destination cannot be opened.

Do not imply unsupported features

This capability does not promise click tracking, expiry management, media downloading, or permission to republish. Arrange those needs separately when relevant. A useful handoff includes the work's purpose, the question reviewers should consider, and the opening link. That provides more value than merely shortening a URL while implying marketing or rights-management functions the endpoint does not supply.

Request URL and parameters

GET https://api.trmesh.com/openapi/api/v1/kuaishou/web/generate_share_short_url

Parameter Type Required Meaning
photo_id string Yes

Run the Python example

Install requests and set TRMESH_API_TOKEN in your environment. Replace the sample identifiers with the public object you intend to inspect. Example IDs may no longer be available.

import os
import requests

# Read your own developer key from the server environment.
url = "https://api.trmesh.com/openapi/api/v1/kuaishou/web/generate_share_short_url"
params = {
    "photo_id": "3xtdqvdnqd3psuc"
}
response = requests.get(
    url, params=params, timeout=30,
    headers={"Authorization": f"Bearer {os.environ['TRMESH_API_TOKEN']}"},
)
response.raise_for_status()
payload = response.json()
print(payload) # Inspect the actual response before mapping fields
