Identify the room before reading the ranking

For an event review, prepare room_id and keep rank_type at its documented default of 30; it does not need changing. A user identifier is not a room identifier. Establish the ranking period from actual information rather than guessing from the parameter name. Record the target clearly so later readers can relate the observation to the intended broadcast instead of merging several sessions into one total.

Interpret position only within its ranking

Use the information actually returned. Do not add invented gift values, exchange rates, or settlement percentages. Rank cannot be converted directly into the broadcaster’s net income, and it does not establish a user’s wealth or motivation. A hypothetical account appearing near the top is an observed position, not proof of a private relationship or commercial partnership.

Preserve the conditions for a meaningful comparison

Your notes can include the room source, ranking type, retrieval time, and scope represented. Before comparing events, check whether the conditions match; without that basis, describe separate observations instead of calculating growth. Avoid tracking or publicly guessing individuals’ spending capacity from the list. The material illustrates one limited aspect of live interaction. Actual income requires appropriately obtained settlement records, and operational decisions should reflect the event’s purpose rather than simply the highest-ranked participant.
