Organise the entry points before the videos
After saving many learning resources, the difficulty may be remembering which group contains them. Use uid to inspect the user’s collection folders and establish a directory. This operates at folder level; completing the lookup does not mean you have watched every saved video. Limit the task, perhaps to language-learning groups, instead of expanding every collection at once.
A folder name is not a content assessment
Preserve the identifiers and sources you can confirm, then decide what needs further inspection. Two hypothetical folders named Tutorials should not be merged solely by name because they may serve different purposes. Directory information does not establish whether the underlying videos play, remain current, or suit your experience. Keep uninspected material pending rather than assigning imagined classifications.
Turn the directory into a short organising plan
Your worksheet could contain each source, expected use, priority, and question for the next review. You might first check listening-practice entry points and leave grammar material for later. A visible directory does not guarantee coverage of private collections or reveal complete interests. The result should reduce repeated searching and identify the next manageable action. Folder count is not a measure of knowledge, and a library cannot be declared fully usable without item-level review.
